eg: height chart, outfit showcase, custom character card with lore info, etc

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service listed on this page.

i will upload your commissioned sheet as promotional material unless you specify otherwise.

i reserve the right to decline any commission request if i'm unable to fulfil your request to my ability.

any disrespectful behavior towards me will lead to immediate cancellation of the commission request.

these commissions are for FFXIV characters only.

i can work with any race, gender, vanilla or modded, sfw/nsfw.

i'm not comfortable with working on lewd lalafells; body markings/tattoos are OK, just not erotic theme.

i work with .mcdf files if your character is modded.

otherwise, i can meet you in-game to collect your character data file if you are vanilla (non-modded).

full payment to be made upfront via paypal invoice or ko-fi.

strictly no refunds if your order is already in progress.

payment will only be collected after getting in touch with you and confirming your character details.

all commissions are given up to 2 rounds of free minor revisions, additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions:

changing your character appearance or outfit after confirmation is counted as major revision.

an overhaul of the sheet's theme design is also counted as major revision, please be clear in your request.

the regular turnaround time for each commission is about 4~7 days.

i open my commissions approximately once every two months.

so if your slot falls at the very end of my list, the maximum wait time could be up to two months+.

if you do not respond within 5 days after i get in touch with you, your slot will be voided.

my work list is always updated, so you can check your position in the queue.

work will only begin after receiving payment.

I. fill out the order form to provide your commission details.

II. when it is near your turn, i will contact you via Discord to review your character files and to discuss any additional details.

III. once all the details are confirmed, i will request payment and start working on your commission.

IV. i typically do not provide WIPs or progress updates unless you or i need clarification on something.

V. after i've completed the piece, a slightly lowered resolution preview will be sent to you for checking.

VI. you can request up to two rounds of minor revisions at this reviewing stage.

VII. after approval, i'll send the final high-resolution sheet (6000~7000 x 1695 px) with the color palette labels and turntable videos.

for reference sheets, please note that a clear view of your character silhouette and clothing details will take priority.

i will not be doing any fancy or custom poses. however, you may provide me .pose files for expressions or for the big bust-up shot.

please refrain from editing my work. if there is something reasonably minor to fix, you can reach out to me.

credits to me are appreciated but not compulsory, sheet fully belongs to you for your usage.

please submit 1 form per request. eg. if you're ordering 2 sheets, submit twice.

if my waitlist is full, i will not open a new commission batch publicly.
