TERMS OF SERVICE

◇ Who is this for?

‣ This is for XIV characters, from any server.
‣ Open to N/SFW, vanilla and modded characters.
‣ Open to all races and genders.‣ I don't do Lalafells NSFW,
unless it is for showing body markings, etc.

◇ Payment

‣ All pricings stated are in USD.
‣ Your order will only start after payment.
‣ Strictly no refunds if your order is already in progress.
‣ Full payment to be made upfront via paypal invoice or ko-fi.

◇ Delivery

‣ I work on a first come first serve basis.
‣ You are given up to 2x revisions for the sheet.‣ You will receive the following files:

▪ As I open my commissions on a bi-monthly basis (every 2 months), the TAT will vary depending on your position in the queue.
▪ If you are in the first few slots, you'll receive the work around 2 weeks time. If you are in the last few slots, it will take around 1 month+ to reach you.
▪ You can check the list here.▪ If you do not respond within 2 weeks after I get into contact with you, your order will be voided.
▪ Please avoid ghosting, I am totally OK if you change your mind about commissioning me, just let me know!

◇ Rights

‣ I reserve the right to decline any offers if I'm unable to fulfil your request to my ability.
‣ I reserve the right to discontinue your order due to inappropriate or rude behavior.
‣ I reserve the right to use your commissioned sheet as promotional material unless you request for it to be private.
‣ You are free to use or share the sheet as you see fit. No AI usage please! (credits appreciated but not complusory)

PROCESS

◇ Process

‣ You do not have to be present for the photo-taking session, everything will be done on my end.
01. You'll be contacted via discord when it is near your turn for character files and payment.
02. After confirming your glam and requests, I will start working on your sheet.
03. When the sheet is done, a slightly lowered resolution preview will be shown to you for checking.
04. We can discuss the revisions (if needed) after seeing the design.‣ Feel free to also let me know of any additional info or request that's not stated in the templated order form.✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏‣ This is not a GPOSE commission. A clear view of your character silhouette and clothing details will take priority over fancy poses (✘ trying to show your OC's personality). I will only do that through motifs design/bust shot on the reference sheet.‣ Unless you are ordering a collage type sheet/character profile card, please note that majority of the full body shots will be in a neutral pose and indoor lighting for clarity sake.

◇ Revision Policy

You are given up to 2 rounds of revisions for the reference sheet.
Any additional revisions will incur charges.▹ The initial sheet will be of a lower resolution until you have confirmed the finished piece.▹ Requesting to change your appearance (hair, clothes, etc) after the shots are taken is not allowed.
This should already be confirmed prior. I will cross check with you before starting on your sheet.▹ Examples of acceptable revision requests:
▪ Changing font, layout, color tone and design element
▪ Changing/adding description text
▪ Missing important details of your OC
▪ Emote pose or facial expression choices

◇ If your character is Vanilla (Non-Modded),

‣ I will meet you in game for a short while to retrieve your data appearance (.chara) file. Any server.
‣ If you already have your data file, you can send it to me directly without having to meet up in game.

◇ If your character is Modded,

‣ As I do not wish to install your mods on my PC, please pack and export .MCDF file from Mare Synchronos.
If you are unsure on how to do that, I will guide you along.‣ FYI: If you are worried about sharing private/paid mods, know that I do not have custom exporters to extract any part of your mods. (idk how to that tbh... and I'm mainly a vanilla bun :3) Your MCDF file will be deleted once your reference sheet is completed.‣ If you're uncomfortable or do not trust me with your MCDF file, unfortunately, I won't be able to take up your comms.
I want to work leisurely on my end without rushing the photoshoot or having to schedule for revisions.

FAQ

◇ What if i want to showcase more than 1 outfit on the reference sheet?

‣ (Non-detailed): You can choose to include a maximum of one alternative outfit on the same sheet, but it will only be a small front and back shot at the corner of the sheet. Do look at some of my previous work samples for reference.‣ (Detailed): As there is only so much information and shots I can put in a single sheet, please order a separate sheet if you want to showcase another outfit in its full detail.‣ This also applies to showing things beneath the clothing such as: Au Ra full body scales, full body tattoos or markings.‣ You may look into ordering an outfit showcase sheet instead of the usual reference sheet if you do not need precise details of your character.
Layout and design can be discussed, this is just a plain example:

◇ What if i have a specific pose that i want to use on the sheet?

‣ I will not be creating a custom pose for you. You may provide me the .pose file.‣ For full body shots, please keep in mind that the pose should generally be in a neutral/A-pose form so that it doesn't obstruct the view of your clothes or overall body shape (for ref sheet requests).‣ You may also choose to provide me all of the .png shots taken by you.

◇ What other commission requests do you offer?

‣ I can do other graphical requests such as: outfits showcase, hairstyles showcase, character height chart, character collage, character card/profile. Basically any form of static infographic with your XIV character(s). It does not necessarily have to be a reference sheet.‣ For these special requests, the pricing may vary. Lower rates if lesser work than the usual sheet, higher if vice versa.
‣ Do check with me first to see if your request is within my skill capacity.

Of course, do keep in mind the space constraint!
